The process is quick and easy!
 
MUST Sign in;
 
 
- Add the items of your choice to click “Add this to my cart” button. Make sure the quantity column of each item is correct.  If you change the quantity of any items, remember to click  button and allow the page to refresh;
- Enter your shipping address and remember to fill in all required fields (marked with “*”);
- Enter your payment information;
- Review your order to make sure the information is correct. Click the "Edit" button to edit the order;
- Click the “Confirm Order” button to confirm purchase;
* Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given an order number and order details via email. Make note of your order number for future reference;
* The order will also be shown in the “My Account” section within 2 hours.  You can view your updated order status at any time by signing into “My Account”.
 
1.       How to check the status of your order:
- Log into "Sign in" located at the top of the page and click to "My Account".
- Click on "View" to find Order status.
- Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when 1) your order has been received or 2) your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
* If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
~ Select zolour.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
* To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "MY ACCOUNT" to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
 
2.       How do I know if the product I want is available (in stock) or not?
Most of our items are in stock and ready for purchase. Please note, however, that availability information is estimated and there is a slight chance restocking may be delayed.  
 
3.       What if the items I ordered are out of stock?
We will try our best to restock the requested item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) that you ordered are no longer available, we will inform you promptly and remove the item(s) from your order. Unavailable items will not be charged to your account.
 
 
4.       Can I modify or cancel my order?
Apologies, but due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been placed and processed.
